Paula Pintarić

Paula Pintarić has a diverse work experience in the field of product and UX/UI design. Paula currently works as a Product Designer at Happening and Superology, both starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Designer at FIVE, an Endava company, from June 2021 to January 2023. In this role, they led a micro team and was responsible for ensuring design processes, developing concepts, testing with users, and enhancing their leadership skills. Paula has also worked as a Product Designer at Virtuagym from February 2020 to May 2021. Before Virtuagym, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at L1NDA from September 2018 to January 2020, where they established design processes, improved existing user flows, and implemented branding guidelines and a design system within the mobile app. Prior to L1NDA, they gained foundational experience as a Product Designer at Yieldr from October 2016 to September 2018, where they worked under the mentorship of Robin and acquired a product mindset, curiosity, and design skills. Paula also has experience as a Web Designer at STRINGBIND d.o.o. from March 2015 to September 2016, and as a Front-end Developer at Studio Artlan from October 2013 to September 2014. Paula began their professional journey as a Student Teaching Assistant at Polytechnic of Zagreb from August 2011 to February 2013.

Paula Pintarić completed their education with a Master's degree in Graphic Technology from the Faculty of Graphic Arts, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, having studied there from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Paula obtained the PSM1 certification from Scrum.org in October 2017.
