Tena Filetin

Tena Filetin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tena began their career at Talentarium in 2018 as a Human Resources Assistant. Later that year, they joined Are You Digital as a Translator before moving to CROZ in 2018 to work as a Translator and Copyeditor. In 2019, Tena joined Serengeti, where they held various roles including Sales Assistant, Translator, Copyeditor, and Proofreader, and Sales Support Specialist. Currently, Tena is employed at Happening, starting in 2022, where they initially served as a Recruitment Coordinator and later promoted to Senior Recruitment Coordinator.

Tena Filetin completed their education in a chronological order. From 2010 to 2014, they attended XVI. gymnasium, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. In 2014, they enrolled at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu and pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Studies and German Studies, completing it in 2017. In the same year, they continued their studies at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu and pursued a Master's degree in English Studies (Linguistics Track) and German Studies (Cultural Studies Track), which they completed in 2020. Additionally, in 2017, they participated in a summer course at the University of Cologne, focusing on German geography and history, as well as Business German. In 2019, they pursued another Master's degree in Linguistics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

In terms of certifications, Tena Filetin obtained the following: "The Complete Copywriting Course: Write to Sell Like a Pro" from Udemy in December 2021, "Stakeholders & Candidate Management," "Interviewing Techniques," and "Candidate Sourcing & Outreaching" from My HR Lab in September 2022, and "Project Management Fundamentals" from Udemy in January 2023.
