Taru Saares

Taru Saares has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Taru is currently working as the People Operations Lead at Happeo since February 2022. Prior to this, they were a Stay-at-Home Parent from January 2021 to June 2021. Taru also worked as a People Operations Specialist at Castor EDC from November 2017 to April 2021. Taru gained experience as an International Sports and Rehabilitation Coach at Claudio's Pompkasteel from June 2016 to December 2019. Taru has also worked as a Sales and Recruitment Coordinator at TalentGate Ltd from March 2015 to May 2016, and as a Human Resources Intern at the University of the Arts Helsinki from August 2015 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they served as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at Sportiro oy from December 2011 to January 2014.

Taru Saares completed a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education from the University of Helsinki from 2010 to 2013. They then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Taru Saares undertook a Minor subject in Work Psychology and Leadership at Aalto University from 2012 to 2014.
