Becca van Nederynen

Becca Van Nederynen is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as the Director of People at Happier since December 2024. Prior to this role, Becca held the position of Head of People at Asimov, where foundational people processes were established, leading to significant team growth. From May 2014 to April 2021, Becca was Head of People Operations at Help Scout, contributing to the development of a remote-first company culture. Earlier experiences include roles in marketing and product management at Carbonite and Hachette Partworks Ltd., where Becca developed marketing strategies and conducted user research. Becca holds a Master's degree in National and International Literatures in English from the University of London and a Bachelor's degree in English and Marketing from Northeastern University.
