Deron Brown

DeRon Brown is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Happier since June 2018, DeRon has also held roles as Manager of Mobile Engineering and Principal Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to Happier, DeRon worked as a Senior Baseball Systems Developer for the Arizona Diamondbacks from March 2017 to June 2018 and gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Localytics from November 2014 to March 2017. DeRon began a career in software engineering at ESPN, where tenure spanned from June 2010 to November 2014. DeRon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned between 2006 and 2010.
