Jamie Olson

Jamie Olson has worked for three companies since 2016. At Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO), Olson has held the roles of Operations Project Manager, Customer Care Project Manager, Customer Care Project Supervisor, Customer Care Trainer, and Customer Care Specialist since 2018. At Hips & Curves, Olson has held the roles of Product Development Coordinator, Customer Service Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative since 2016. Finally, at Macmillan Learning, Olson has held the role of Sales Representative since 2016, where they provided customer support and follow-up, introduced and demoed material, and coordinated orders with professors and bookstores.
