Anita Ramachandran

Anita Ramachandran is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelors degree in commerce and a master’s degree in management studies from University of Bombay. She has been associated with our Company since June 1, 2020. and has over 35 years of experience as a management consultant. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with A.F. Ferguson & Co (a former KPMG network company in India). She is also the founder and director of Cerebrus Consultants Private Limited, a human resources firm.
