Pradeep T M is a Technical Lead at Happiest Minds Technologies, with a focus on the BFSI domain since September 2012. Notable contributions include the design and development of a robust ticketing system, leading a team to create an Oauth and SAML-based authentication module supporting multiple IDPs, and involvement in payroll processing systems. Previously, as a Module Lead, Pradeep designed a comprehensive Anti Money Laundering tool for KPMG Global Services, integrating Model Validation, Transaction Look Back, and Know Your Customer components. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at MindTree Ltd. Pradeep holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the University BDT College of Engineering and completed high school at JNV Shimoga.
