Rajiv Shah

Rajiv Shah is the President & CEO of Digital Business Services at Happiest Minds. Rajiv was previously with Mu Sigma Inc. from January 2018 to January 2019, where they were a member of the Global Leadership team and Adviser. At Mu Sigma, Shah worked with account and delivery teams to help grow large accounts and achieved 40%+ YoY growth for identified key accounts. Rajiv also worked with sales teams to successfully acquire new logos, especially in the Retail and Pharma space. In addition, Shah drove digital transformation for key customers and helped increase analytics consumption.

Prior to Mu Sigma, Shah was with IBS Software Services from April 2011 to December 2017, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. IBS is a vertical software company serving Travel, Transportation and logistics industry. Shah was responsible for leading, managing, operating and growing IBS on a global scale. Under their leadership, the company turned around from a loss-making entity to a highly profitable venture, improving all financial parameters (40%+ EBIDTA, Doubled Revenue per employee, 400% improvement in PBT and PAT resulting in significant cash balance). Shah also acquired small niche product companies and fully integrated them into IBS to expedite market entry and deliver greater value to customers. In addition, they set up a new financial and tax structure including company incorporation in Singapore. Rajiv provided a healthy exit to General Atlantic Partners (initial investor) and sold stake to Blackstone. Rajiv also transformed the business

Rajiv Shah began their educational career by completing a degree in executive management from Global Leadership Development. Rajiv then went on to earn their master's degree in mechanical engineering with a focus in robotics from the University of Missouri - Rolla.
