Sachin Khurana is the Vice President & Chief People Officer at Happiest Minds. Sachin has over five years of experience heading HCM functions, leading talent acquisition, business partner & administration roles, and developing people strategies. Sachin has a proven track record of driving HR agendas with the leadership team and facilitating organizational change initiatives. Sachin was responsible for creating the HCM function at OSSCube and defining roles and responsibilities. Sachin also developed and implemented a capability development program and created a CMMI level - III compliant organizational training process. Under Sachin's leadership, OSSCube was ranked as one of the TOP 100 Great Place to Work in India for three consecutive years, SHRM Award for Excellence in Social Media in People Practice, & other HR awards.
