Shivananda Wali is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in IT service management and program direction. Currently serving as Program Director at Happiest Minds Technologies since April 2021, Shivananda previously held the position of Group Manager at Tech Mahindra, focusing on the implementation of ITSM and Service Assurance tools. Prior roles include Head of IT Service Management and Program Manager at Wipro Technologies, Senior Project Manager at Mphasis, Project Manager at 3D Networks, Deputy Manager at BPL Telecom, and Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force. Shivananda holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Karnataka University Dharwar, completed between 1984 and 1988, and attended Sainik School, Bijapur from 1976 to 1983.
