Vinayachandra Menon

Vinayachandra Menon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at Happiest Minds Technologies as the VP & Head - IMSS Talent Management. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President & Global Delivery Head - Infrastucture Management & Security Services at the same company.

Before joining Happiest Minds Technologies, Vinayachandra Menon worked at Mindtree as the Head of People Function, Service Lines, and Arboretum. Vinayachandra also served as the Director of IMTS Delivery. Preceding their time at Mindtree, they worked at The Castle Inc. as a Principal Consultant, where they co-incubated a tech start-up.

Earlier in their career, Vinayachandra Menon held positions at Infinite Computer Solutions, Scicom India, e4e Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., IBM Daksh Services, Bharti Airtel Limited, BPL Innovision Business Group, and United Technologies Otis Elevator India. Their roles during these periods varied from being a VP & Head to Head of Operations and Area Manager.

Vinayachandra Menon completed their B Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Govt. College Of Engineering and the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1982 to 1987.
