CEM KILICLI has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. CEM started their career as an intern at Roketsan Missiles Inc. in 2006. CEM then worked as a project engineer at BALNAK, where they were involved in the optimization and re-design project of P&G distribution center. In 2010, they joined Cognis as an Information Technologies Project Engineer, leading the SAP integration project for the warehousing system. CEM was later promoted to be the Regional IT Services Manager at BASF head office after BASF acquired Cognis Chemicals. At BASF, they managed various IT projects and led the development of SAP FI module adaptations. In 2014, CEM co-founded Digitalspark.us and served as the Product Management Co-founder. CEM designed and launched a web-based acquisition flow and conducted customer interviews and usability tests for L'officiel web site, leading to the design and development of a new user interface. CEM also delivered workshops on lean management and product design and development. In 2016, they joined Etstur as the Head of Product Management & Design, where they led the product management department and successfully launched odamax.com within a short time frame. In 2019, they joined Fareportal as an Associate Director of Product, where they managed the product management of a high-traffic online travel agency, increased advertising revenue, implemented site performance tools, and led the code restructuring project. Currently, CEM is working at Twill (formerly Happify Health) as the Director of Product Management DTC - Twill Care.

CEM KILICLI earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Systems Engineering from Yeditepe University from 2002 to 2007. CEM then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Big Data Analytics from MEF University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their university education, they attended Middle East Technical University from 1997 to 2000 for Applied Science in High School - Science. CEM also obtained various certifications, including ITIL® Continual Service Improvement Certificate from BCS in June 2014, (PMP) Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in May 2014, ITIL® Service Strategy from BCS in January 2014, Google Analytics from Google in September 2016, and an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS in 2012. CEM has also completed a Bootstrap 3 - Developer Course from Code School, although the date of completion is not specified.
