Laurie Zaugg

Laurie is an experienced healthcare executive and change leader. She spent 14 years in leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group and Optum ranging from General Management of the Employer Channel for specialty networks and behavioral health to leading Sales Operations and HR. She has an MEq in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Psychology from Concordia College, Moorhead.
