Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Triple Threat Creative since June 2020, Ashton has dedicated efforts to brand development through creative storytelling, videography, and design. As the Founder of Dropshots Pickleball since May 2024, Ashton aims to revolutionize the pickleball experience. In addition, Ashton holds advisory roles for Good Month Labs and Datebox Inc., focusing on blockchain technology and creating unique date experiences, respectively. As the Founder of HYPE, established in November 2022, Ashton has built the largest agency for pickleball players. Furthermore, Ashton contributed as a Writer for Entrepreneur Media from October 2021 to October 2023 and previously led Studio Flight as CEO and Founder until its acquisition in September 2021.
