Ben is part of the Founding Team at Happl, where he’s been instrumental in building the company from the ground up over the last four years. Joining as one of the first team members, Ben has played a key role in shaping Happl’s product, brand, and operations, helping scale the platform into a global solution for modern employee benefits.

With a background that spans product strategy, design, and business operations, Ben brings a unique cross-functional perspective to the leadership team. He’s led everything from launching complex platform features to operationalising global benefit rollouts for enterprise clients.
