Margot Chauchard

Margot Chauchard has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Margot began their career at Air France as a Chargée des Ressources Humaines in an alternance role, where they were responsible for the plan de départ volontaire, the diversity pôle, the employment/mobility pôle, and the redeployment pôle. In 2015, they moved to SimCorp as an HR Assistant, where they were responsible for the administration of personnel, payroll, and the integration of new employees. In 2016, they joined Angie as a Responsable RH and Gestionnaire RH, where they were responsible for the administration of personnel, the establishment of contracts of employment, and the realization of the recruitment procedure. Since 2020, they have been working as an HR & Payroll Specialist at happn.

Margot Chauchard attended Sup des Rh from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master 2 Responsable RH option international in the field of Ressources Humaines.
