Dana Pavlichko is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in digital design and project management. Serving as Design Director at Happy Cog® since August 2013, Dana has successfully directed large-scale digital design projects, leading strategic processes through stakeholder engagement and data synthesis. Prior roles include Senior Designer and Designer, overseeing various design projects and establishing flexible design systems. Additionally, Dana has been an active member of the Philadelphia Ward 1 Executive Committee since May 2018, engaging in voter registration and grassroots political efforts. As a co-founder and co-chair of Grassroots Advocacy for South Philadelphia, Dana works to connect residents with political representatives. Freelance work since 2007 has included a diverse range of clients, while previous significant positions include Lead Interactive Designer at I-SITE and internships in graphic design and interactive design. Dana holds a degree in Graphic and Interactive Design from Temple University.
