Stephanie Haynes has extensive work experience in various roles. Stephanie started their career at DH MORTGAGE & PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LIMITED in 1991 and worked there for 17 years. During this time, they held multiple roles in mortgage lending, including mortgage loan consulting, wholesale lending, mortgage banking, account representative, new construction sales, processing, closing, and administration management. In their management position, they were responsible for hiring, termination, and training.

In 2011, Stephanie joined Happy Family Brands (Nurture Inc) as an Accounts Payable Associate. In 2012, they were promoted to Customer Service Manager and then to Sr. Director of Customer Solutions and Collaborations in 2014. In these roles, they collaborated with other departments to integrate customer service and logistics with various business processes such as sales, order management, and accounting. Stephanie also acted as a liaison between the Sales and Operations departments. In 2018, they became the VP of Customer Solutions and Collaboration, overseeing and managing outbound logistics and implementing new controls and systems throughout the supply chain.
