Sophie Creamer

Sophie Creamer is the Partnerships Director and Head of International Markets at Happy Returns by PayPal. Prior to this role, Sophie held various positions at PayPal, including Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Global Enterprise Segment Solutions and the Consumer Commerce division. Sophie also worked as a Product Marketing Manager for core and strategic projects in the EU & UK, where Sophie led initiatives such as Teen Accounts, Website Re-Launch, and the launch of Open Banking. Their experience includes managing products within the Merchant segment, consumer acquisition & activation, and customer engagement analysis. Before joining PayPal, Sophie was a Business and Customer Insight analyst at Tesco. Sophie holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Management from Brunel University.
