Milica Radojević is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Happy Scribe since March 2024, where responsibilities include designing and implementing growth-oriented strategies in talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. Additionally, Milica acts as a Global Ambassador for Transform, focusing on building a community of HR professionals and organizing networking events in Barcelona.
