Subhiksha Lakshmi

Subhiksha Lakshmi is a software engineer with experience in frontend engineering, software engineering, and programming analyst roles. Subhiksha began their career in 2019 as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant. Subhiksha then worked as a Jr. Software Engineer and Software Engineer on the client's Agile project team for their telecom e-commerce site. Subhiksha was involved in the design and development of front-end components using React, as well as site enhancement stories and reducing prod errors to below 1%. In 2022, Subhiksha joined Genesys as a Software Engineer, where they made important contributions to the agent UI solution under the company’s Cloud Contact Centre platform and completed the design and development of the Shared Workbins feature in under a month. Subhiksha also gained experience in working with microservices and an extensive CI/CD toolchain. Subhiksha currently works as a Frontend Engineer at HappyFox since 2023.

Subhiksha Lakshmi has a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from ST. JOSEPH'S INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, OMR. Subhiksha also has several certifications, including Programming in Java from NPTEL (April 2019), Spoken Tutorial's Java Certification from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (December 2017), Spoken Tutorial's C Certification from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (February 2017), Business English Certificate (Vantage) - Level B2 from Cambridge English Language Assessment, Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems from NPTEL, Introduction to Internet of Things from NPTEL, and Programming In C++ from NPTEL.
