Lauren Griffin

Lauren Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren started their career as an Extern at the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in 2011. Lauren then held various positions at the same office, including Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile Division, Misdemeanor Division, and Child Support Division. In 2014, they transitioned to the private sector as an Associate Attorney at Allen Wellman McNew Harvey, LLP. In 2016, they joined Hitlist as a Product Manager Consultant for a brief period before moving to JAKT, where they served as a Digital Product Manager and later as Head of Operations & People. In 2019, they started their consulting business, lkg Consulting LLC, and also took on the role of Head of People at HappyFunCorp.
