Ryan Hawkins

Ryan Hawkins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan started their career at Student Advantage where they served as a Web Editor and Product Developer. Ryan later joined Zerve as the first full-time hire, taking on various roles including Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Customer Service Management. Ryan then worked as an Independent Consultant at HappyFunCorp, focusing on Quality Assurance testing and product development. Ryan further expanded their QA experience at GoDo as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Most recently, they returned to HappyFunCorp as a Quality Assurance Analyst and QA Manager, responsible for front-end and user-acceptance testing of mobile apps. Overall, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in Agile methodology and a strong ability to adapt to new projects and requirements.

Ryan Hawkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism as well as Bachelor of Arts degrees in Russian Studies and English from Boston University in 1998. In 2018, they obtained a certification in "Transitioning from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn. Additionally, in 2016 they received a certification in "Job Competency: Analytical Problem-Solving (Assessed by 16PF®)" from CareerClover.
