Matthew Mcclusky has worked in various roles for four different companies. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Customer Service for HappyNest. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they worked as Manager of the Total Support Team for Jamestown Distributors and TotalBoat. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as Dealer Services Manager for John Hancock Funds, where they managed a team of approximately 13 back office liaisons, NSCC Administrators, quality assurance associates and supervisors responsible for providing operational support and relationship management to the broker/dealer back offices of John Hancock's business partners. From 1999 to 2010, they worked for John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) in two roles. First, they were the Manager of the Communications Department, where they managed a department of up to 30 customer service representatives, team leaders, project managers and staff mangers responsible for providing front line support to shareholders who own John Hancock mutual funds and to broker/dealer firms who sell them. Second, they were the Team Leader in the Communications Department.
Matthew Mcclusky obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business-Finance from Merrimack College between 1993 and 1997.
