Nigesh MM has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nigesh is currently working at HappySignals Ltd as a Solution Consultant in the Employee Experience & Service Management domain. Prior to this, Nigesh served as an IT Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2019 to October 2021. Before that, Nigesh was an IT Service Management Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2015 to March 2019. Nigesh'sresponsibilities included managing ITIL service operations, designing and transitioning services, and continuous service improvements. Additionally, they led a team of 30 employees, oversaw their hiring and training, and played a key role in improving IT operations and customer service. From March 2011 to September 2015, Nigesh served as an IT Service Management Team Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where they spearheaded the delivery of ITSM support and effectively managed staff performance. Prior to joining Tata Consultancy Services, they worked at Wipro Infotech as an IT Incident Manager from June 2007 to March 2011, where they successfully coordinated with teams across different geographies to drive incident resolution and prepared service level reports.

Nigesh MM began their education journey in 2004 when they enrolled at NTTF to study Computer Engineering. Nigesh attended NTTF from 2004 to 2007. After completing their time at NTTF, Nigesh MM then pursued further education at Annamalai University. Nigesh attended Annamalai University from 2007 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications.
