Kapil Kumar Maurya

Kapil Kumar Maurya has extensive experience in program management and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Programme Design at Haqdarshak since January 2023. Prior roles include Programme Coordinator for Uttarakhand at United Way Mumbai, Senior Program Manager at Brahmakamal India, and Livelihood Expert at PANI-Peoples' Action for National Integration. Kapil has a strong background in strategic planning and implementation of livelihood-based projects, with previous positions at organizations such as UNICEF India and CARE India. In addition to practical experience, Kapil is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Master's in Corporate Social Responsibility, alongside various certifications in project management and training. Kapil holds a Master's degree in Anthropology and has a robust educational foundation in social work and sustainability development.
