Kashira Naidoo CA(SA) is a dynamic finance and venture capital professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Transactor at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank since November 2022, Kashira is also a Board Member for Bulldog Group Co. and First Care Solutions, as well as a Fellow of Harambeans since 2019. Kashira co-founded CsheO, a society aiming to empower female leaders in Africa, and played a significant role in establishing the Venture Capital team at Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking. Additional contributions include leadership positions with Kashira Loves Tech, SAVCA, and TiE Africa. Kashira holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Science with Honours and has completed executive education in Fintech at the University of Oxford.
