Ntsako Mgiba

Ntsako Mgiba is a seasoned professional currently serving as Principal Solutions Strategist and Senior Venture Strategist at The Delta since July 2023. With extensive experience, Ntsako has been a Fellow at Harambeans since April 2020 and held the position of Product Manager at Yoco from March 2022 to March 2023, where cost reductions for customer service were achieved through the empowerment of support consultants. As the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jonga from June 2015 to January 2022, Ntsako focused on making home security accessible in South African townships. Previous roles include Oppenheimer Fellow at Oppenheimer Generations and Marketing Director at ABSIP UCT. Ntsako holds a Masters in Information Technology from the University of Cape Town and has completed the Diageo Social Tech Innovators Programme at GIBS Business School, alongside a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
