Alejandra Gonzalez

Alejandra Gonzalez, EMBA, has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Harbar, LLC since December 2006. In this role, Alejandra oversees departmental budgeting, KPI metrics, and project prioritization while mentoring a team of Food Scientists to enhance process improvements and foster professional growth. Previously, Alejandra worked as the R&D Coordinator at Grupo Lala from 2002 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing pilot plant trials and developing flavored pasteurized beverages for multiple facilities in Mexico. Alejandra began a career at Grupo Dermet from 1999 to 2000 as a Technical Sales Support Specialist, focusing on technical services sales in the food ingredients sector. Educational qualifications include a degree in Food Science and Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master's degree from Universitat Politècnica de València, and an Executive MBA from Suffolk University, culminating in an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
