Taylor Pearce is a seasoned professional in real estate investments with extensive experience across various firms. Currently serving as the Director of Investments for US Real Estate at Harbert Management Corporation since December 2016, Taylor leads acquisition efforts in the US central region, overseeing a portfolio targeting multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and office value-add investments, with a focus on funds totaling approximately $1.5 billion in equity. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at CBRE, facilitating over $1.3 billion in loan placements, and working as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in office tenant representation and market research. Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate & Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications with Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin.
