Umer Manzoor

Umer Manzoor is an experienced mechanical professional with a robust background in the power and energy sector. Currently serving as Mechanical Manager at Harbin Electric Company Limited since October 2020, Umer previously held roles including Assistant Manager Mechanical at SEPCOIII Shandong Electric Power Construction Corp. and Mechanical Engineer in the turbine department at the 660 MW Lucky electric coal-fired power plant. Earlier positions include Mechanical Site Engineer at Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at both the Thermal Power Station Guddu and Naveena Group Of Industries. Umer began the career with an internship at Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd. Pakistan, focusing on mechanical systems and power plants.
