Tianming Gao Тяньмин Гао

Tianming Gao has significant work experience in various roles and positions. From 2015 onwards, they worked at Harbin Engineering University, initially as the Director of the Polar Development and Northeast Asian Economic Research Center (PAERC), and later as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Gao served as the Vice President of the Global Strategy Centre. Additionally, from 1997 to 2010, they held the position of General Representative in Russia and the CIS for Coslight Technology International Group Limited.

Tianming Gao, also known as Тяньмин Гао, has a diverse educational background. In 1997, Gao completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Industrial Foreign Trade from Harbin Engineering University. Continuing their academic journey, from 2003 to 2006, Gao pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2010, Gao further enhanced their knowledge by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in World Economy from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO. Through a combination of engineering, management, and economic studies, Gao has laid a strong foundation for a multifaceted career.
