Caitlin Wells

Caitlin Wells has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caitlin most recently worked as an Executive Assistant at Harbinger Health, supporting the CEO. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant at Flagship Pioneering, assisting the CEO and COO. Caitlin also worked for the State of Michigan as the Michigan Governor's Residence and Events Director. Caitlin has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Grand Hotel as a Convention Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager. Additionally, they served as a Special Events Manager at the Mary Ellen Brandell Volunteer Center. Caitlin started their career as a Valet Lead and Dockhand at Shepler's Mackinac Island Ferry.

Caitlin Wells completed their education with a Master's of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Caitlin obtained this degree between the years 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Communication from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Caitlin's secondary education was completed at Mercy High School in Farmington Hills, Michigan, from 2005 to 2009.
