Jill Riley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jill began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Construction Assistant at Southern Sisters' Enterprises, Inc. Jill then moved on to work as an Administrative Assistant at Patsy B. Svendsen, CPA. In 2012, they served as an Office Manager at Prestige Sign Company before transitioning to the role of General Manager at Interstate Sign and Light in 2017. At Interstate Sign and Light, they were responsible for customer service, job setup, invoicing, scheduling projects, and financial tasks. In 2018, they became a Project Manager at SCOTT ELECTRIC SIGN COMPANY, INC, where they worked remotely managing special projects and traveling crews. Jill further enhanced their project management skills as a Project Manager / Specialty Sales at Signarama Southside Blvd Jacksonville in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Harbinger Sign, where they are responsible for overseeing projects. Throughout their career, Jill has gained extensive experience in project management, customer service, accounts receivable and payable, and general administration.

Jill Riley obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Management and Technologies from Southern Career College, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they earned a certification in Essential Leadership Skills for Project Managers from the International Sign Association in February 2023.
