Anand Punjabi

Anand Punjabi, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Controls and Financial Process Improvements at Harbor Freight Tools since January 2011. In this role, Anand established and leads the company's first Internal Audit function, emphasizing a proactive and risk-based approach that collaborates with senior management. Prior to this, Anand held key positions at BCBGMaxAzria Group, where oversight of international accounting processes was provided, and Deloitte, where multiple audit teams were managed across a range of industries, focusing on SOX compliance and risk assessments. Anand began a career at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Intern, gaining valuable insights into auditing practices.
