Doug McComas

Doug McComas has over 20 years of retail management experience, currently serving as Store Manager at Harbor Freight Tools since April 2018. Prior to this role, McComas held the position of Store Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Lowe's Home Improvement. Earlier in the career, McComas advanced through multiple leadership roles at Target, including Store Team Leader and District Operations Captain, as well as serving as a College Campus Recruiter. Doug's management experience began as District Manager at Foot Locker. Doug pursued education at Kent State University from 1980 to 1982.
