Graham Neff

Graham Neff is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain PMO at Harbor Freight Tools since April 2015, Graham has held multiple leadership roles within the supply chain domain. Prior experience at Target from June 2004 to 2015 includes managing a $60+ million omnichannel supply chain project, overseeing the launch of distribution centers for a Canadian expansion, and leading a team of over 110 members in a distribution center. Graham's education culminated in a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, focusing on management and operations.
