Heather Connaughton

Heather Connaughton, MSW, LICSW, MPH, has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as Lead Social Worker and Social Work Manager at Harbor Health Services, Inc. since January 2012. Prior roles include Clinical Social Worker for the Elder Service Plan (PACE) and Interim Social Work Manager at the same organization, as well as a Geriatric Care Manager at Senior Bridge and Clinical Social Worker in the Emergency Department at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Heather began a career in social work after earning a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Vermont, followed by a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health in Community Health Sciences from Boston University.
