Randy Pearce, DO, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions in the medical field. Randy began their career in 2010 as an Orthopedic Surgeon at Millcreek Community Hospital, where they served until 2012. Afterward, they joined Tarrant County College as a Professor of Anatomy & Physiology from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Dr. Pearce worked as a Physician at Corpus Christi Medical Center. Randy then joined MCCI of Texas in 2017 as the Chief Hospitalist, a position they held until 2023. During their time at MCCI of Texas, they also served as a Chief of Hospital Medicine at CORPUS CHRISTI HOSPITALISTS, PLLC from 2023 onwards. Additionally, they have held leadership positions as a Medical Director at River City Hospice from 2019 to 2021 and currently at Harbor Hospice, where they started in 2022.

Randy Pearce, DO completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Biology from Baylor University in 2006. Randy then pursued a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine from 2006 to 2010. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Medical Education from the same institution, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, in 2013.
