Jessie Kuzmin

Jessie Kuzmin is a skilled professional with a background in marine engineering and project management. With experience in various roles at Harbor Industrial Services Corp., Oregon State University, and the Washington State Department of Transportation, Jessie has demonstrated expertise in maintenance, operations, and port engineering.
