Ingrid Sadler

Ingrid Sadler, CPCU AIC, has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting their career at State Farm as a Customer Service Manager in 2000. Ingrid then moved onto the role of Claims Team Manager in 2015 where they managed a team of 20+ claims professionals, analyzed trends and statistical reports, and exceeded individual and team goals. In 2019, they became a Claims Manager at Harbor Insurance Company.

Ingrid Sadler, CPCU AIC, began their education by obtaining a Paralegal Certification from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Ingrid later pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from William Woods University. In addition to their formal education, Ingrid has obtained various certifications including an Adjuster License from Departments of Insurance in Oklahoma, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Wyoming, an Associate in Claims (AIC) from The Institutes, and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) also from The Institutes.
