Will Costich

As an Associate at Harbor, Will assists in developing research and content for Harbor’s client engagements and services. Will has broad experience across multiple markets including retail, technology, and financial services.

Prior to joining Harbor, Will worked at BMO Capital Markets and CMT Capital Markets Trading where he focused on helping develop trading strategies for Fixed Income products and special opportunity projects. Will also worked at Foxtrot, a technology start-up that specializes in delivering a curated selection of food and beverages throughout Chicago. While at Foxtrot, Will assisted in developing user acquisition strategies and assessing the current applications of IoT technology in the e-commerce/retail space. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from The University of Chicago.

Out of the office, Will can be found boxing, running, hiking, and reading about European and American history.
