Nancy Nickell

Nancy Nickell has extensive experience in the senior living sector, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations for Harbor Retirement Associates since November 2016. Prior to this role, Nancy was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SOMERBY SENIOR LIVING SERVICES, LLC from September 2015 to August 2016. Nancy spent several years at Brookdale, holding positions including Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Field Sales and Marketing for the Florida Division from 2008 to May 2015, and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing from 2001 to 2007, where responsibilities spanned revenue generation and occupancy growth for significant multi-state regions. Earlier, Nancy worked as Divisional Vice President and Senior Executive Director at Atria Senior Living Group from 1991 to 1999, overseeing the management and operations of up to 31 communities with substantial revenue generation across multiple states.
