Jennifer Chambers is an experienced health and wellness professional with a strong background in cardiac rehabilitation and exercise instruction. Currently serving as a Wellness Exercise/Walk Instructor and Social Prescriber with Harborough District Council since November 2020, Jennifer also leads Social Prescribed Health Exercise/Walking Sessions and works as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor. In addition, Jennifer has been a Nordic Walking Instructor at WALX Leicester East since July 2018 and holds the position of Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor at Everyone Active - SLM Ashdown Leisure Centre.
