Taryn Kelley

Taryn Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, product execution, and business process improvement. Currently serving as Vice President at HarbourVest Partners since August 2016, Taryn has progressed through various roles including Director and Senior Business Process Engineer. Prior experience at Sun Life Financial spanned from August 2011 to July 2016, where Taryn held positions such as Lean Solutions Sr. Consultant and participated in the Rotational Leadership Development Program as an Investment Analyst. Taryn's work focused on utilizing Six Sigma methodology for operational excellence and enhancing customer service. Taryn holds a Master of Arts in International Finance and Economics from Brandeis International Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Brandeis University.
