Palisa Kelley

Palisa Kelley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal and business affairs field. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Litigation Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP until 1997. Palisa then joined Franklin, Weinrib, Rudell & Vassallo, P.C. as an Associate from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they became Counsel at Sony Music Entertainment, where they drafted and negotiated various agreements and provided legal advice on recording industry matters. From 2004 to 2012, they held roles at Sony/ATV Music Publishing, including Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs and Senior Director, Business and Legal Affairs. There, they structured and negotiated agreements, advised offices on contractual obligations, and updated the company's long form agreement. Starting in 2012, they established their own law firm, Kelley Law Group, where they secured favorable settlements, managed sales of music catalogues, and recovered significant income for clients. In 2020, they became a Partner at Selverne & Company, PLLC, and in 2022, they joined Selverne Kelley Bradford PLLC as a Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director and Head of Legal and Business Affairs at HarbourView Equity Partners.

Palisa Kelley's education history begins with their enrollment at Morristown High School, where they completed their secondary education. Following this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Harvard University, specializing in English and American Literature and Language, which culminated in the completion of their A.B. degree. Later on, Palisa attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they acquired their Doctor of Law degree (JD) in 1995.
