Dale Player

Dale Player has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Dale is currently serving as the Head of People at Harbr, where they lead the People and Talent department. Prior to that, they worked at n8n as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, where they helped establish their talent function after the series A funding round. Dale also has experience as a Talent Lead at Talentful, where they provided consultancy services to build and scale talent functions for various well-known companies and startups. Dale began their career at Outsource UK Limited as a Senior Recruiter, focusing on startups and tech companies, and later worked at McGregor Boyall as a Recruitment Consultant, managing recruitment delivery for major enterprise media and technology clients.

Dale Player completed their education in 2023, obtaining a CIPD Level 5 - People Management qualification from CIPD Qualifications. Prior to this, they studied various subjects including Philosophy, Law, English, Biology, History, and Critical Thinking at Beths Grammar School from 2005 to 2012. In addition, Dale Player has obtained certifications such as Certified Tech Sourcer from Amazing Hiring and a Unicorn Hunting Licence from Lake Superior State University in 2020.
