Stephanie Kermode is an accomplished water resources professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership, modeling, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Principal - Water Resources Modelling & Strategy at HARC since October 2025, Kermode previously held various notable positions, including System Resilience Strategy Manager and Integrated Water Resources Modelling Manager at WaterNSW. Kermode has a strong background in enhancing sustainable water services, developing comprehensive risk assessment processes, and delivering insights into climate vulnerabilities. Additionally, involvement in organizations such as StormwaterNSW and contributions as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Wollongong demonstrate a commitment to advancing industry knowledge. Kermode holds a Ph.D. in Fluvial geomorphology and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wollongong.
