Elena began their career in 2005 as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Hard Rock Barcelona, where they were responsible for managing sales, budgets, event creation, and local traffic driving activities. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Business School Lecturer at ESERP Business School, where they taught until 2009. Following this, Elena joined Hard Rock International in 2009 and held various positions, including Regional Sales & Marketing in Europe, Director of Sales and Marketing Europe, Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Cafes, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Brand Partnerships Hard Rock International | Seminole Gaming.
